How I decide
- Every exception has a file.
- Every figure has a source.
- AI proposes, a person decides.
Where the rules came from
I apply audit discipline to software: AI reads and proposes, I decide.
That way of working produced what I value most, the rules written down inside each project.
“Every figure has a place it is counted and a date it was measured”, “AI proposes, a person approves”, “if the data store shrinks, stop”. Each line is an incident with a date on it.
Lãi suất 24h is the first product I opened to the public; ERP + Bot VN is how I package that experience for other companies.
Eight rules I keep on every project
Two further rules stay internal.
