   The firm operates in Đà Nẵng, with client meeting points in Hà Nội and Đồng Nai. pfa.com.vn has run on Vercel since 07/2026; the advisory form goes straight into a Telegram bot.

2. System 02LiveStarted 01/2025

   Aerosky PCCC - Fire-rated doors

   • Circulation permits under Decree 105/2025 on fire-safety product circulation, one per model, required before selling opens.
   • The dealer contract and the e-commerce website notification.
   • The current reference price list expires on 5 Nov 2026: the server issues estimates only once a new list is approved.

   Status note

   • Live since 19 Aug 2026, now running at aerosky.vn/pccc (the fire-safety arm of the main aerosky.vn site) in a mode that only takes advisory requests and issues estimates.
   • Online selling opens once the circulation permits under Decree 105/2025 on fire-safety product circulation, the dealer contract and the e-commerce website notification required of online sellers in Vietnam are all in place.
   • Internal operations run on Biz-Manager, an ERP built on the ERP + Bot framework.

3. System 03LiveStarted 11/2025

   • Clear roughly 44 legacy tables once the cleanup plan is settled.
   • Bring the web test suite up to the level of the Telegram assistant: web has 5, the assistant has 138.

   Status note

   • Web on Vercel, bot on Fly.io (Singapore), its own Supabase.
   • Staff have used it daily since July 2026.
   • Internal system, open inside the company only.

4. System 04LiveStarted 2026

   Lãi suất 24h

   • Open the lending-rate survey layer by calling banks: proposed pace of 2 calls a week, one pass over 26 banks a quarter.
   • Settle the brand architecture between PFA and Lãi suất 24h, along with three questions waiting on a lawyer.
   • Publish traffic figures once the measurement series is long enough: measurement started 26 Aug 2026.

   Status note

   • laisuat24h.vn has been live since 12 Aug 2026 on Cloudflare Pages.
   • Nightly cycle on GitHub Actions: backup, scrape posted rates, read public groups (6 days a month), build the site, publish.
   • Three-person team; I hold product, engineering, legal and revenue.

5. System 05LiveStarted 2026

   ERP + Bot VN

   • Selling to outside companies: the current price is a starting frame and needs at least 3 projects to calibrate.
   • Write adapters for the common Vietnamese software (sales, accounting, payment gateways, e-invoicing); the "add-on bot" package opens once the adapters are done.
   • Choose the source license; most of the web side still exists only as specification, with screens built per client.

   Status note

   • Running in production underneath the other systems: AeroSky's Biz-Manager and NoLimit's internal ERP are both built on this framework.
   • The test suite was re-run on 3 Sep 2026 and passed in full.
   • Selling it on its own to an outside company is the next step and is not open yet.
